If you are driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in the entrepreneurship landscape, we invite you to apply and become a vital part of our mission to empower the next generation of innovators.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced, proactive Program Manager to design, run, and scale world-class accelerator programs that merge startup acceleration and corporate innovation. You will build cohorts of high-potential startups, manage consulate/investor/corporate partnerships, mentor onboarding, curated deal-flow, and generate revenue through cohort fees, sponsorships, pilots, equity, and licensing.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Startup Onboarding :
- Design and implement structured accelerator programs (3 months) for independent startups and corporate-backed cohorts.
- Conduct market research to identify verticals (e.g., fintech, healthtech, sustainability) and curate proprietary high-value deal flow.
- Manage outreach via industry bodies, consulate networks, webinars, and targeted ads.
- Screen, recruit, and onboard 8–12 high-potential startups per cohort, driving revenue through tiered participation fees.
- Curate and onboard a global mentor network, including corporate technologists, investors, domain experts, and consulate representatives.
- Organize structured mentor touchpoints: weekly one-on-ones, monthly mentor roundtables, corporate mentor clinics.
- Plan and deliver workshops covering venture finance, enterprise GTM, legal/compliance, and technical integration.
- Collaborate with sponsoring corporations to define cohort themes, KPIs, tech POCs, and pilot timelines.
- Co-run cohort programs, provide corporate mentors and R&D access for startups.
- Co-host Demo Day events with corporates, consulates, investors, and media.
- Generate revenue from corporate sponsor fees, pilot licensing, and equity stakes.
- Build and manage relationships with VCs, angel networks, and consulate offices for cross-border growth and regulatory support.
- Coordinate investor pitch sessions, demo days, and global consulate delegations to support startup growth.
- Host webinars, hackathons, and co-branded events with industry bodies, consulates, and corporates.
- Execute PR & ad campaigns (LinkedIn, X), curate alumni success stories, and position the program within the local ecosystem.
- Set up real-time dashboards tracking cohort performance: growth metrics, pilot conversions, investment raised.
- Track pilot outcomes, corporate integration, and startup revenue growth.
- Produce executive reports, investor decks, and outcome presentations after each cohort.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in innovation, venture acceleration, or corporate startup programs.
- Proven experience managing cohort-based programs, ideally with both startup and corporate tracks.
- Strong stakeholder management across mentors, investors, sponsors, government, and consulates.
- Excellent project management, event execution, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze trends, iterate program design, and operate with commercial rigor.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
What We Offer
- Leadership role designing accelerator programs from inception.
- Exposure to global corporates, startups, VCs, and ecosystem leaders.
- Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and learning opportunities.
- Opportunity to drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem growth.
Ideal Skills
- Project Management & Execution: Highly detail oriented, able to manage multi track cohorts.
- Technical & Analytical: Comfortable with digital tools (Asana, Notion, dashboards) and data-driven program iteration.
- Network Builder: Deep relationships with startup/VC/corporate leadership and consulate contacts.
- Facilitator & Communicator: Polished presenter, workshop facilitator, and advisor.
- Commercially Minded: Understands cohort P&L, pilot economics, and equity & licensing revenue streams.
